Uit Covide

This module is required to allow users to either enter a public chatroom, or invite a user to a personal chat session, or even invite the user for a VoIP call provided that VoIP is licensed. Via Covide people cooperate, even from different locations. Users can conveniently see which of the co-workers are online by the click of a link. This menu option can also be found in the top right corner of the screen in a pop up window Covide not only shows which co-workers are online at the office, but the user also has the option to directly send a note, start a chat session or to call the co-worker, provided that the phone icon is colored green and Covide VoIP is being used. The users can start a private chat session, and there is a public chat-room as well for group chat.
